Andrew Karasyk
Client Relationship Manager

Andrew Karasyk is an Client Relationship Manager. In this role, he helps oversee client relationships and advise clients on various complex financial matters to produce customized financial plans. 

Prior to joining Symmetry, Andrew was an Associate Director at Cresset Capital where he focused on portfolio management, manager research, and sponsor diligence and assisted in maintaining and managing the team’s model equity and credit focused portfolios. In addition, he helped lead the team’s private investment diligence efforts in the private credit, private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge fund spaces. With a foundation in investment banking and young technology companies, Andrew has had experience in financial analysis, diligence processes, and strategic analysis. 


Prior to joining Cresset in 2023, Andrew was a Senior Associate at First Republic Investment Management. Before joining First Republic, Andrew spent time at two young technology companies. Preceding his time in technology, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Societe Generale, and an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and international business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Andrew lives in the NYC area with his wife Amanda and enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and family, skiing, and New York sports.
